When you submit a project brief through the contact form we store the name, email, phone (if provided), and the message you send us. Browsing the site itself does not require an account.

Submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential project. We do not sell or share contact details with third parties for marketing.

The site has an admin area used by TBN staff to manage portfolio and inquiries. Access requires email + password sign-in and an explicit role grant; role checks are enforced on the server, and database row-level security restricts every read and write to the appropriate role.

The site runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides managed hosting, database, authentication, and file storage. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Backups and platform-level security are handled by the underlying provider.

Media files (images and videos) are uploaded only by authenticated admins or editors. Public files are served read-only from a dedicated bucket.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on the project conversation. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing the address on the contact page.
